Storytelling in business is a hot topic. But what is storytelling? What’s the difference between a formal text and a story? And most importantly: how do you engage the people reading it?
This workshop is packed with creative assignments and insightful group discussions, introducing you to storytelling and showing you how to apply it to your business.
You don’t need any previous writing experience for this one, just bring along a notebook & pen.
Do you want to write stories, a blog, poems or lyrics, but you don’t know where to start?
With easy exercises and plenty of writing, you will be sure to end up with a full notebook and new ideas. I create a friendly and safe environment in small groups of like-minded souls to carefully try out your first stories. All levels are welcome.
Blending meditation and writing gives you a powerful tool to brainstorm, get unstuck, or help you move forward in many more ways than you can imagine.
In this intimate workshop, I give you clear instructions so you can let go, exhale and make yourself at home while your pen does all the work. No writing experience is needed.
When I travelled through Peru, I taught travel writing workshops in the hostels I stayed in. These were such a success I decided to continue doing them after my return to Holland, and I carry on giving one wherever my travel bug takes me.
I now organise this workshop together with the amazing Zoku.
In 2 hours, you’ll learn how to stand out from the crowd with your travel pieces and make a lasting impact on the people reading them. Lots of writing exercises and laughs are guaranteed.
One spot left!
The workshops have different price tags, ranging from €25 to €60.
After paying, you have secured a spot.

The Bite-size workshops are held at the amazing Zoku, A long-stay hotel and hub that serves as a bar, restaurant, and a great place to hang out. We use their inspiring ‘Bored Rooms’ for our creative endeavours. Zoku is located on Weesperstraat 105 in Amsterdam.
I take only max. 6 students per workshop to keep it comfortable and cosy. This means my workshops fill up fast, so don’t wait too long to claim your creative spot.
Yes, they are, but you can write in any language you want.
Helaas geef ik zelf geen les in het Nederlands omdat ik hier simpelweg niet genoeg aanmeldingen voor krijg. Wel kun je hier kijken voor goed opgeleide scrijfdocenten en hun aanbod in het hele land.
All you need is a pen/pencil and a notebook.
If you know at least four other interested people, you can contact me, and we can arrange it. En dit kan óók in het Nederlands 🙂
If you are not sure which workshop suits you best,
simply contact me and we will figure it out together.
