Beginners Course

This course is perfect for starting writers.
In 8 weekly lessons of 2 hours each, we tackle subjects such as character building, dialogue, and how to strengthen your story. In a small group of like-minded people you will benefit from their feedback; where does your story become unclear or too long? Through this safe environment, you will develop your writing muscles and grow into a true storyteller, while meeting friendly creatives along the way. A new course will start in January 2021. You can scroll down to FAQ for details.

Intermediate

Have you already done a writing course in the past and want to boost your skills? Have you done my beginners course and want to continue? Then this is a perfect place for you. This course leads to two short stories and teaches you more about structure, plotting, and creative content. The feedback and support from the others is extremely beneficial and often students form little writing groups after. You can scroll down to FAQ for more details.

Advanced

If you did my first two courses or you have a good amount of writing skills, this is your next step. The focus is on writing and less on theory. I believe learning to write is not linear and everyone has strong and weak points they can continue to develop. All you need is a framework of classes and a creative crew to stimulate you. Their feedback, input, and flaws serve as a huge catapult for your own creative development.
For this group, I make sure everyone is on the same page before signing up.
You can contact me here to find out more.

The classes helped me to wake up my creativity and rediscover my ability to create. Talia sets a very safe environment to share all kinds of ideas in a fun way.

You can contact me here.

Where are the courses held?

Until further notice, the classes will be held online. I take only 4 to 6 students to keep the classes friendly, clear and personal.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, you can cancel up to 15 days before the start of the course.

Are the courses in English?

Yes, but as many people aren’t Native English, we don’t put all our focus on grammar. Writing strong content is more important for now. I do advise using Grammarly for better spelling.

What do I need to bring?

A notebook and pen/pencil is all you need. Additionally, a steady internet connection and a quiet space so we can all hear each other well.
